Business Maker Analytics

While working at Verizon, I worked on an analytics dashboard for desktop, mobile apps, and tablet. I led research, conducted user testing, synthesized the findings and presented valuable insights to the product team. After the research, I started on the visual design - where I incorporated components from the existing design system as well created new components related to data display. For most of my time at Verizon, I was on the Business Maker team where I was able to design tools and products for small business owners. I mainly focused on designing foundational experiences to help small business owners interact with various aspects of running a business.
